Transformation Coach

Life coaching is the practice of assisting clients to determine and achieve personal goals. A life coach provides an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives. Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that that the client already has. Today it seems that every successful executive, actor, athlete and especially golfers all have a coach. More people are going toward life coaches as a rule.

Dr. Richard coaches and works with people on their "internal guidance" and getting them into their "divine flow" and also on the "power of manifestation formula".

Life coaching is really about turning the mind from a reactive tool into a creative tool in your life and we coach on that, using Emotional Freedom and Quantum Techniques to change negative into positive. This can be done in person or on the phone

Phone coaching vs. In-person Coaching

Efficiency.
It is more efficient for both the client and the coach. You can attend your coaching call without having to commute to an office. You can be coached in your office or conference room at work; you can be coached at while at home, or even while traveling. Given that most people who hire coaches are already very busy; this time savings makes a huge difference, saving hours a month on commuting to see a coach.

Anonymity.
In our experience, people tend to open up more quickly when they are on the phone. Since people feel uncomfortable with the thought of bumping into their coach at the supermarket. If you do, then phone coaching is the perfect choice as you can chose a coach outside your geographic area. Some people find this gives them the freedom to really tell the truth about their life and what is going on. Also, your coach will keep your conversations confidential.
